Same world as Liberator, not the same story
Digimon Alysion is set in the world of Digimon Liberator. It is not a port of that story. The official world page names LACUNA, the device D-STORAGE, and the headset T.A.L.E.
Terms
LACUNA is the virtual space where the matches happen. D-STORAGE is the deck device players carry. T.A.L.E. is the at-home full-dive headset named in the setting. Aliol is the Liberator guide who tutors Kanata. Di:WO is the group Valner leads and Futre left. None of these names are a release date or a card stat.
Kazama Shoto appears in the wider notes as a black-clad figure who resembles the Liberator character and uses Pteromon. The public record does not confirm they are the same person, so the character table calls the identity unconfirmed.
