Questions people ask before it launches
Digimon Alysion is a free-to-play mobile card game, not an anime and not a Switch or PC game. Pre-registration is open. The release window is 2026, with no exact date.
Spelling
Alyson, Alision and Alysian show up as misspellings of Alysion. The official wordmark is DIGIMON ALYSION. This page is the only place those spellings need to appear.
Questions
When does Digimon Alysion come out?
The press reports say 2026, with no exact day. I do not treat 23 December as the publisher’s date.
Is it out now?
No. The stores offer pre-registration, not a playable build.
Is it free?
It is free to play with in-app purchases, including random items, according to the official site and both stores.
Is it on Switch, PC, or Steam?
No announcement of those platforms. The published platforms are iOS and Android.
Is there an anime dub?
No Alysion anime has been announced. A search answer about a dub belongs to Digimon Beatbreak.
Is there a story mode?
Yes. The official beta survey discusses improving story mode, and the October press release quoted by Famitsu and covered by Noisy Pixel also names it. It teaches card battles through Kanata and Futre’s original story, with voices in some scenes.
Where do I play?
App Store or Google Play, after release. It is not playable yet.
Is it the Digimon card game online?
It is a digital version of the Digimon Card Game with Alysion-exclusive cards. It is not described as a 1:1 simulator. See the comparison page.
What is a Digimon Alysion ID?
No ID feature has been announced. I am not inventing one.
Which languages does the game include?
Famitsu’s report of the notice lists UI in Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Korean. Card text omits Traditional Chinese. Spanish is not confirmed.
